Holiday Specials

This is the time of year when I find properties for my toughest buyers. These are the clients who can't quite afford the type of house they want or the ones who want a neighborhood that's particularly sought after. Sellers who have their properties on the market during the holidays are usually serious about getting the property sold. At other times of year, you might see some "market testers," but nobody puts their home on the market during the busy holiday season just for fun. So if you've been looking for a house this year, but not finding much, take another look in the next few weeks. You might stumble across a gem.
